Time for a Makeover

I have been AWOL for quite awhile and I am very sorry if it seems like the Teenage Writer grew up and took off without giving it a second thought. I’m here to let you know that I am still here, and still thinking.

I went back to school last week and stress is piling up, so I haven’t had much time to write. I’m in year 10 now and I can already see that it’s going to be a lot more involved and quite a bit more complicated than year 9 was. As for my blog, I’ve given it some thought, and I’ve decided that in order to make it more interesting and to bring in more readers that want to come back and read more – or even hit that follow button – I need to give Confessions of a Teenage Writer a little bit of a makeover. After all, it is called Confessions of a Teenage Writer, not Short Stories and That’s About It.

So, from now on, I’m going to be writing about the most relatable thing I can think of – life. Every teenage girl  goes through some tough times of decision-making between the ages of thirteen and nineteen. Things like making friends (and keeping them), school and all the drama that comes along with it, a first job, and the wonderful world of teenage boys. I’ll mostly include my experiences in these areas of life, and if you’re lucky, you’ll be able to relate to most of them.

So, please, stay tuned if you’d like to hear more!

xoxo

  1. Hi, I’m also a teenage writer, and I really liked your post! Already I want to read more lol. I just started my own blog today and I’m still exploring the website, but your blog was the first that looked interesting to me. I’ll be tuned in!
